Can you take over any website?
No. We first check ownership, platform, access and current condition. Unsupported or already compromised sites may need a separately quoted repair or migration before joining.
What counts as a small edit?
A change to existing content that normally takes under 30 minutes, such as replacing a photo, updating a service description or changing opening hours. Edits do not roll over.
Are domain and email fees included?
No. Domains, mailboxes, premium software and other third-party subscriptions remain customer-owned and are billed separately.
Does monitoring guarantee no downtime?
No. Monitoring helps detect problems quickly; it cannot prevent every provider, network or software failure.
Can I leave?
Yes. The plan is month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. After outstanding fees are paid, we provide a reasonable transfer of customer-owned files and access.
