Do I own the website?
Yes. Once the balance is paid, you receive the agreed site files and account handover. Third-party software remains under its own licence.
Are hosting and domains included?
The €29/month care plan includes straightforward static hosting, monitoring and backups. Domain registrations, premium plugins, email services and other subscriptions are billed separately.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, contact information, brand assets and photos you have permission to use. We can help structure rough text, but we will not invent customer claims or reviews.
Can you work on an existing site?
Usually. Send the URL and describe the problem. Small repairs start at €79; larger rebuilds get a fixed written quote.
What is not included?
Unlimited revisions, custom marketplaces, regulated advice, complex ecommerce, professional photography and ongoing content entry are outside the fixed packages.
