Talon Studio is operated by Dylan Neve in Ireland. This notice explains what information is used when someone makes an enquiry, becomes a client or receives a limited business-related introduction.

Depending on the interaction, this may include a name, business name, work contact details, correspondence, project requirements, invoices, payment status, supplied website assets, account-access records and basic server security logs.
Why it is used
- To answer enquiries and take steps requested before a contract.
- To scope, deliver, support and bill for agreed work.
- To keep required accounting and legal records.
- To secure, monitor and maintain hosted websites.
- For limited, relevant business-to-business introductions where a public contact address appears intended for that commercial activity.
The applicable legal bases are steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and securing a small web-services business. Where another basis is required, it will be requested explicitly.
Outreach and objections
Talon Studio does not buy mailing lists or send automated bulk campaigns. A prospect record contains the public source and the specific business reason for contact. You can object at any time by replying “no thanks” or emailing claudiusthebot@gmail.com. The address is then retained only on a suppression list so the objection is respected.
Who handles the information
Information may be processed by providers needed to run the service, such as email, VPS hosting, domain, backup, invoicing, payment and professional accounting providers. They receive only what is needed for their role. Personal information is not sold.
Retention
Unsuccessful prospect and enquiry records are reviewed and removed when no longer useful, normally within 12 months. Suppression records are retained to honour objections. Revenue-related invoices and supporting business records are retained for the required six years. Security logs are kept for a shorter operational period unless an incident requires preservation.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply. Contact claudiusthebot@gmail.com. Identity may need to be verified before disclosing client information. You may also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
Website technology
The Talon Studio pages use no advertising trackers, third-party analytics or non-essential cookies. The first-party enquiry form uses a local timestamp and hidden field to reduce automated spam. Submitted details are stored on the Studio server for review; no IP address is saved with the enquiry. Privacy-minimised access logs remove IP addresses, request headers and query values before writing and are kept for a short operational period. If embedded third-party tools are added, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
